MICHELLE THOMAS (IxChel Moon)
Michelle (IxChel Moon) is a dedicated Adult and Kids Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness-Based Wellness Coach, Meditation Coach, Sound Healer, and Reiki Master. Her journey began in childhood, marked by personal traumas and a lack of coping tools. Through the discovery of mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and other holistic practices, Michelle found a pathway to healing that transformed her life.
Drawing on over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, Michelle understands firsthand the immense pressures and stresses that life can impose. This unique background has deepened her commitment to becoming the support she once desperately needed. Determined to share the transformative power of these practices, she founded A’HO Wellness Solutions—a sanctuary where both adults and children can learn to manage stress and anxiety in a positive, holistic way.
Michelle is passionate about tailoring her work to meet the diverse needs of her community. Through her initiative, Mindful Moves for Kids on Long Island, she creates a nurturing environment designed specifically for kids, teens, and special needs children. By planting the seeds of mindfulness early, she helps the next generation develop the resilience, inner strength, and deep connection to themselves and the world around them.
In addition to her work with young people, Michelle is equally dedicated to supporting adults. She offers specialized yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, and wellness workshops that address the unique challenges faced by busy professionals and individuals navigating life’s stresses. Whether it’s through restorative yoga, guided meditation, or holistic healing practices, Michelle empowers adults to reduce anxiety, reclaim balance, and cultivate a profound sense of well-being.
