This class is accessible to all bodies and all levels, with no prior yoga experience required. You’ll be guided with care and offered options so you can move at your own pace and honor your body exactly as it is.
What you’ll need: a yoga mat, yoga blanket, yoga blocks, and a bolster. If you don’t have a bolster, you may substitute a firm pillow.

Supported by soothing meditation music, this practice invites relaxation, clarity, and a deeper sense of presence. You may choose to sit or lie down, allowing your body to fully settle into comfort and ease.
This class is open to all levels and is ideal for anyone seeking calm, stress relief, emotional balance, or a quiet reset in their day.
